A 10-year-old boy was killed and 5 different civilians injured on Monday in heavy shelling and firing by the Pakistan Military on the Line of Management (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, police mentioned.
The boy recognized as Asrar Ahmad was killed because the Pakistani troopers started shelling and firing within the Kerni space at 6.30 a.m.

“The injured civilians have been hospitalised,” the police mentioned right here.

“The Indian army is retaliating strongly and successfully… Shelling and firing exchanges are happening,” Defence Ministry sources mentioned.
Indian and Pakistan troops traded heavy hearth on Monday on the LoC in Poonch district.
Police sources mentioned heavy shelling and firing began between the 2 armies in Kerni space immediately morning.
“After the Pakistan Military resorted to unprovoked shelling and firing at Indian positions, Indian army retaliated strongly and successfully.
“Shelling and firing exchanges are happening,” the sources added.
