A Bangladeshi nationwide has been apprehended in Barmer whereas allegedly making an attempt to cross over to Pakistan, sources mentioned. Mohammed Yusuf was apprehended on Wednesday by the Border Safety Drive (BSF). Throughout an investigation, he instructed the safety personnel that he had come to India three months in the past from Bangladesh and was working as a labourer in Delhi, the sources mentioned.
He mentioned he had paid Rs 5,000 to an agent who had promised to ship him to Pakistan and discover him a job. Three days earlier, they reached Barmer after which boarded a bus to Gadra Highway. The following day, the agent gave him instructions learn how to attain Pakistan and left. The BSF then handed him over to the police, the sources added.
