Main Duties & Responsibilities

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist Branch operation manager and manage all Branch Operational affairs in line with the prevailing outlined Policies and Procedures as well as regulatory requirement including but not limited to KYC/AML to ensure efficient and effective product processing whilst ensuring superior customer services in terms of products processing and relevant centralized / ADC functions.
- To ensure smooth account openings and service delivery at all times with minimum processing errors.
- To perform, monitor and authorize all daily financial and non-financial transactions of Branch after complete satisfaction and verification of the genuineness of each and every transaction and arrange accurate and complete periodic reporting to all quarters.
- To ensure Branch and cash vaults are opened and closed on time by following all required controls also ensure dual control procedures in Branch at all times. Any delays must be immediately reported in writing to the line management by giving logical justification.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive cash from Branch Operations Supervisor / Branch Operations Manager, record denominations for cashier / sorting functions, request for additional cash as and when required till close of business hours.
- Receiving cheque from customer, ensuring it is a valid instrument by analyzing security and other specified features, enter details of cheque into system and debit customer account, forward cheque beyond assigned limit to Branch Operations Supervisor / Branch Operations Manager for authorization and disburse (PKR & FCY) cash only after posting of cheque into system.
- Receive cash from the depositor, count & sort cash as per SBP directives and match with the details of deposit slip, enter details into system, credit customer’s account and forward deposit slip beyond assigned limit to Branch Operations Supervisor / Branch Operations Manager for authorization and return the carbon copy of deposit slip to the depositor.
- Receive, check & process Funds Transfer & ATM related transactions & their balancing.

- Responsible for sufficient replenishment of ATM on as and when required basis and also ensure that ATM is functioning uninterruptedly during long weekends and other holidays.
- Receive requests for cancellation of Payment Order / Demand Draft along with original instrument, check security features and books of accounts to ensure genuineness of instrument and obtain approval from Branch Operations Supervisor / Branch Operations Manager for encasement according to the outlined procedures and regulatory requirement.
5. Trade Officer – Karachi

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Timely processing and issuance of LC, Import Contract and amendments through Trade system.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENT:
- Post requires an extensive knowledge of SBP prudential regulations and other regulatory requirements, conversant with Bank’s environment of best practices & market norm of Business Development, proven track record of driving business strategies. Customer centric with extensive experience in Assets, Liabilities, Cards Products, Portfolio Management, Alliances & Sales Management with good understanding of Credit, Retail & Commercial Banking, Restructuring/Rescheduling of Loans & Trade Finance.

Graduate preferably B.Com / Postgraduate degree preferably M.Com / MBA in Marketing, Finance or Economics or equivalent from an HEC recognized university. Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience preferably in financial institutions, with good organizational and management skills and good business acumen. In depth knowledge of SBP cash / currency circulars, prudential regulations, bank’s own SOPs and products, schedule of charges, clearing process, utility bills, prize bonds, operating procedures and features of all types of accounts. Aware of suspicious transactions and know how to report the relevant departments as per SOP / compliance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draw up a comprehensive business plan based on the situation analysis. The situation analysis is to be drawn up on SWOT i.e. strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and how best the Bank can capitalize on these factors.
- Implements annual and interim business plans/ budgets finalized by the Regional Manager. Ensure deposit mobilization and growth of deposit base as per assigned targets.
- Interacts with identified current and prospective clients to increase market share.
- Makes all efforts to attain the planned deposit mix to a level where profitability and pricing of all liability products are taken into account. Also ensures the ratio of asset and liability portfolio is maintained as per plan, no leakage of Income is caused or penalties are imposed in his / her branch.

- Prepare Annual Financial Plan aided by supplementary plans i.e. Human Resources Plan, Capital Expenditure Plan, Recovery Plan etc .
- Recognize and exploit any business opportunity for increasing profits, keeping in view SBP regulations & compliance.
- Oversee teller, vault and transaction processing units in the branch.

- In depth and independent credit Risk Analysis of each proposal.
- Preparing Credit Risk analysis Sheet on standard format and would be responsible for the authenticity genuineness of information produced on Risk Evaluation Sheet (PPT) based on documents/information content in file
