OG-II/RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (ASSETS) Positions: 08

Qualification:
MBA/M.Com/MA.Eco/4-years Graduation in Banking/or Finance with Min.2.5 CGPA on a scale of 4.0 / 50%in case of Annual System from FIEC recognized institute/ university.

Experience:
Min. three years of relevant banking experience.

Age:
Max. 35 years

Key Responsibilities:
To support & enhance advances portfolio of the Bank by booking new clients under Responsibilities SME & Corporate/Commercial Finance category and maintain their outstanding portfolio as well.

Competencies/Skills:
• Excellent leadership & communication Skills
• Convincing & retention ability
• Working knowledge of SME Banking and products, policies and procedures
• Sound relationship skills, credit, sales and management skills

Salary:
Lump sum (negotiable depending upon skills & capabilities of the individual).


OG-III/RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (LIABILITIES) Positions: 14

Qualification:
At least graduate i.e. Agri -Graduate, BBA, B.Com, BSc & BA with subjects i.e. Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Stat, Math with Min 2.5 CGPA on a scale of 4.0 / Min 45% in case of an annual system from I-IEC recognized institute/ university.

Experience:
Min. one year of relevant banking experience.

Age:
Max. 28 years

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring business growth and profitability by meeting assigned targets, developing a steady pipeline of deposits, managing/enhancing various banking products i.e. Deposit Mobilization, lockers, Assan Accounts, utility bills etc.

Competencies/Skills:
• Excellent leadership & communication Skills
• Convincing & retention ability
• Working knowledge of SME Banking and products, policies and procedures
• Sound relationship skills, credit, sales and management skills

Salary:
Rs.12,000/- Lump sum plus commission
