Job Purpose: Ufone is looking for Area Retail Manager (Retail Sales) for Alipur. This is a key position to manage company’s business in the assigned territory through effective channel handling. The position is responsible to manage retail of all the products available in the market, and to achieve assigned targets of development and recharge.
Job Responsibilities: Availability and replenishment of Ufone products like cards, load, SIMs, etc.
Development (direct/indirect) of existing areas/markets and exploration of new potential markets Ensuring data accuracy of retail universe in the system Doing visibility audit of merchandising. Franchise management, including team development, regular follow ups, target achievement and policy adherence.
Education (Qualification / Certifications) Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Required Experience: 2 to 4 years
Skills and Expertise: Good communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Analytical skills.

Job Purpose: Ufone is looking for a Senior Manager Retail Sales to be placed in Hyderabad. This position is mainly responsible for the entire business volume and revenue of the region.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the regional sales team into consistent achievement of assigned monthly / yearly sales targets through conventional and innovative sales channels. Retail Channel management – Increase product availability and visibility through all agreed channels.
Smoothly manage franchise/distributor channel, ensuring optimal distribution spread, channel profitability, channel investment, and maintenance of agreed stock levels Explore new areas of revenue enhancement Plan and organize local sales promotions while keeping in mind the local market trends
Education Requirement: Minimum Bachelors degree
