Job Duties:
(i) Taking dictation, rendering transcripts and doing other typing work.
(ii) To attend telephone and to keep record of trunk calls.
(iii) To keep proper record and movement of files and other papers.
(iv) Handling of classified papers in accordance with general of special orders.
