KARACHI: Pakistan Telecommunication Firm Restricted (PTCL) Monday confirmed that its providers are impacted and they’re working to revive them.
“We’re at the moment going through main outage on our community because of which web service to a few of our prospects is impacted,” PTCL wrote on its official Twitter account.

“Our groups are working on-ground to revive the service as quickly as attainable. We sincerely remorse the inconvenience triggered,” it added.
Earlier, Twitter customers reported that that PTCL and Ufone providers have gone offline in numerous elements of Pakistan.

The affected cities included elements of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and others.
Then there are some customers reporting that they received automated calls from PTCL, informing them a couple of deliberate up-gradation exercise.
