You have to dress up according to the position. I suggest you for the pent coat with a tie and polished black shoes. This will create a great impression on the interviewer.
It is your nonverbal communication with the interviewer. Nonverbal communication is your hands and arms movement, simply your body language. While you sitting on the chair your hands must be on the table and present yourself with full confidence even if you don’t have.
Your tone means your voice quality, your voice should not be thrilling and speak with an average tone not much high and slow. Because your voice is most important factor. In must be in your control.
In interview panel, there is always a psychiatrist who judge your behaviour. Most of the time they blame you for nothing. They ask such types of questions which result you may lose your temper. That the point if you lose your temper you may be rejected. So always be positive with your interviewer & don’t start bagging.
You must have knowledge which you studied in your last and second last degree. When I go for the interview they asked me different questions from my second last degree. You must also possess general knowledge and current affairs. If you possess these don’t worry you will be selected.
More General Interview Questions
I am a finance student and following are the questions. You should focus on your specialization.
The best job candidates are not lucky. They spend a ton of time both on preparation because they know how important that 05-10 minute interview can be to their entire career.
1. Interview Question: “Tell Me About Yourself”
First of all, you should tell your name, educational background, achievements, projects, certification, sports achievements any other extracurricular activities. Present yourself like a boss.
2. Interview Question: “Describe Your Current (or Most Recent) Position”
One of the easier questions to answer – but you will still need to use it to highlight your job-relevant greatness.
3. Interview Question: “Why are you looking for a new opportunity now?”
If you don’t have any other job than simple you need this job. The question that can either put your interviewer at ease or raise serious red flags.
4. Interview Question: “What are your strengths?”
Contents which you have written in your CV defend them. Like you are a hard worker defend this with an example which you can take from your educational career and reasons.
5. How to Answer: “What is your greatest weakness?”
Answer this question in a positive way, Like if your weakness is you trust on people quickly, but now you trying to overcome this weakness.
6. Interview Question: “Why do you want to work here?”
Your environment for working is perfect and I believe that I can work in your company with my full attentions and the main thing is management praise the hard workers with words. Repeat after me: Don’t say “for the money”.
7. Interview Question: “Where do you see yourself in five years?”
Possibly one of the silliest questions – but it requires an artful and diplomatic answer. I want to see myself as an asset for the company.
8. Interview Question: “Why should we hire you?”
My Answer about this was!
I have completed MBA Finance from University — with 3.89 CGPA. During my MBA, I worked on different projects like ratio analysis, innovative banking products, organizes different seminars, Got best project award etc. This is not showing that how much intelligent I m but this is showing how much I’m hard worker. I can work for long hours with purely from my heart because I like to work hard and it’s my passion to work hard. And the main thing which I possess is the honesty which is needed by every business. I think after face to face interview you will realize that I am the right person for this job.
9. Interview Question: “Do you have any questions for me?”
If you applied for the MTO ask them what the biggest challenge which the MTO will face during the service.
