USAID-funded Merit and Needs-Based Scholarship Program
USAID-funded Merit and USAID Needs-Based Scholarship Program (MNBSP) established by USAID and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan for talented but financially constrained students who cannot otherwise afford to earn their degrees. MNBSP Funds full-tuition scholarships and stipends for talented yet economically disadvantaged Pakistani youth to earn a Bachelors or Masters degrees at any of the partner universities across Pakistan. Eligible Criteria:
•Be eligible to secure admission as per university requirements in a respective degree program covered under this scholarship scheme
•Secure a new admission for Fall 2017 or Spring 2018 in an offered degree program at participating University/Institution
•Demonstrate financial need
How To Apply:
• Deserving students can apply for scholarship on eportal.hec.gov.pk
• Application forms are also available at the respective University’s Financial Aid Office
• Complete form allong with necessary documents will he submitted to the same Financial
Aid Office
• No Application will be accepted at NEC
