The REF Technique for instant expertise
In the REF acronym R stands for research, E stands for evaluation and F stands for fulfillment or execution.
R for Research
Your goal here is to gather as much information as fast as possible so that the article you write will be meaningful to the reader. To do this open up chrome browser (because its the fastest) and open up 4 tabs, one for google, one for wikipedia, one for ezinearticles.com and one for google images.
Next, copy the main keyword of your article into the search bar of each website. You will most likely find multiple results in each of these sites. Simply open each of the result in a new tab. I know this might seem like a lot of information to go through but in the next step I will show you how to use this information to choose the best source of information.
E for Evaluation
It is virtually impossible to read through all the articles you have selected in a short time. So fast view all the articles and select those with headings and subheadings of the specific information you are looking for. If the article has many subheadings related to your topic and / or if the website has many sections related to your topic, that could be the best source. Now, select the single best source for your information. But DO NOT close the tabs with other articles.
F for Fulfillment
Now study the best source of information using tips below
Get a general understanding of the topic
Observe the flow of the article
Study the first and last paragraph
See where the keywords are used in the article
Check the relationship between the paragraph
Once you have studied through the best source of information, You can fast read through the other articles you have selected skimming only the opening and closing paragraphs and the subheadings. Closing paragraphs of articles often includes a summary of the entire content. Now look at the google images page for relevant infographics and mindmaps of the topic. At this point you should understand and remember enough material required to write 500 words on the keyword. Congratulations, If you have followed through these steps, you have become the instant expert on the topic. With some practice you can finish the above steps within 15 minutes.

To write unique content fast, its better if you can write in one particular structure and style of writing for all articles you write so that you can write faster by using the same structure for all the articles you write. Given below is the structure which I use.
Title
Writing the title is the easiest part, most of the time it should be your main keyword plus an a number. For example “3 tips on how to write articles”. Why use a number? Then you know exactly how to write. The three tips article will contain one opening paragraph, three sub headings with one paragraph each and one closing paragraph.
Opening Paragraph
Follow the below structure for opening paragraph
Sentence 1: Ask a question. For example – Are you looking for ways to get free traffic
Sentence 2: General Statement. For example – There more than a 100 sources of free traffic
Sentence 3: Problem. For example – But it is learn how to use all the sources of traffic
Sentence 4: Solution. For example – It is easier if you can master each source of traffic one by one.
Sentence 5: Goal Statement. For example – In this article, I am going to show you how to get free traffic to your website from article submission sites.
Subheadings
If you have followed the REF technique you should easily have enough material to write for 3 sub headings. Do not copy subheadings or the paragraphs. Use your own words, Its easy follow the below steps.
Write the subheading. For Example – Tip 1: Learn how to write article fast
Expand and explain the “how” of the subheading
Use transitional sentences. For example – Another tip is or one other tip you can use is etc
Closing Paragraph
Given below is the exact structure of the closing paragraph.
Sentence 1: Summary. For example – So, in total we have covered (mention subheadings again)
Sentence 2: Now that you have learned….. (write goal statement from first paragraph here)
Sentence 3: You might consider using them for….. (write readers purpose of reading here)
